This project includes an optional penthouse pool, oversized private decks, and a luxury lobby. Amenities include private parking, a fitness suite, pool, and social spaces.

Bangor Rental Portfolio

Northampton County, Pennsylvania

Completely redeveloped, expanded, and refurbished multi-dwelling affordable housing development consisting of 45 -two and three-bedroom residential units. This development project was developed by our firm and we are currently operating and managing the porfolio.

Stroudsburg Rental Portfolio

Monroe County, Pennsylvania

Completely redeveloped, expanded, and refurbished multi-dwelling affordable housing development consisting of 40 one, two, and three-bedroom residential units. This development project was developed by our firm and we are currently operating and managing the property.

Miami Townhomes

North Miami Beach, FL

Presently in the final planning phase, a development consisting of six luxury townhomes featuring private parking, no HOA, and a private swim-spa pool. Anticipated groundbreaking is scheduled for March 2023 with a targeted completion date of December 2023.

New York and Pennsylvania

Since 2015 our firm has been involved in major redevelopment projects in Brooklyn, New York, and Monroe County Pennsylvania, we remodeled and made significant additions to existing buildings and successfully sold them. Our firm also partnered with other developers to participate in ground-up development projects in Florida, New York, and Pennsylvania, in general, our firm acted as the project manager and provided general zoning, building, and, development consulting.
