Founded in 2015, Daniel has led S3N Development to become one of the leaders in developing small -mid-scale residential development projects. Holding Degrees in Law and Finance, with a two-decade experience in construction, Daniel's unique risk-averse approach created opportunities to engage in projects which were often overlooked by large developers. Lately, Daniel’s primary focus was affordable and sustainable development in underserved areas of North-East Pennsylvania and Miami-Dade County. No slowing down in sight, Daniel is still taking S3N Development to new heights.

Frank brings over forty years of construction and development experience. Frank has built mid-size and large-size residential, commercial, and agricultural projects in North East Pennsylvania, South Florida, and New York. Frank is in charge of all construction and development at S3N and oversees all construction employees and sub-contractors.

Spearheading project planning and coordination Karen was able to complete complex projects around the New York area. Recently completing several compicated projects (on-time and under budget), Karen has proven to become the face of S3N a positive asset to out investor- community.
Starting with a one-apartment building in rural Pennsylvania, we have grown to residential high rises and expanded to three states. We provide everything from design and ground-up construction to leasing and property management. We are a licensed and ensured General Contractor and Property Manager.
Our team of architects and designers has created unique space-conscious designs. We will work with you to develop the distinctive look you envision. Our team consists of experts who bring a new international outlook and fresh design.
A portion of our annual earnings is invested in local non-profits to help make a difference in our community. Our efforts recently expanded to help Ukraine and recent Ukrainian and Russian Immigrants fleeing persecution.
